We have a 14-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not stained or damaged, and with tags attached.
To start a return, you can contact us at anisha@houseofparadox.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping charge of $5 that will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $75.
Do you offer local pickup?

Free local pickup is available at our store front in Elevator Spaces for our customers who are local to the Omaha, Nebraska area. Please select the "local pickup" option when checking out.
Please allow 24 hours from the time you place your order for it to be fulfilled. Customers will receive an order confirmation email as well as a “Ready for Pickup” email once their order has been processed.
